Orex Minerals Inc. (TSX-V:REX) is a silver and gold exploration company with a gold project in Sweden, and a gold-silver project in Durango, Mexico. The flagship property is the Barsele Gold project, which is 600 km north of Stockholm. Then there is the Coneto Mining Camp in Durango which is adjacent to the village of Coneto de Comonfort, 100 kms north of Durango. Coneto has 400 years of mining history, however it is under-explored, which is why we are excited about the joint venture agreement signed with Fresnillo to explore the property with joint management of the drilling program. Orex has a strong management team with previous success in precious metals discovery.
Barsele project has a 43-101 compliant resource estimate (using 0.6 g/t Au cut-off) completed February 28, 2011 of: 382,000 oz Au Indicated @ 1.2 g/t Au (9.97 million tonnes grading 1.19 Au g/t) and 648,000 oz Au Inferred @ 1.0 g/t Au (21.04 million tonnes grading 0.96 Au g/t).
There are over 40 veins of silver and gold mineralization on the Coneto property, in the center of Mexico's gold and silver belt.

Mr. Gary Cope has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and 12 years as a senior officer and director of various publicly-held companies. He has an extensive background in corporate strategy, as well as significant experience with the financing of publicly-held companies. Mr. Cope arranged financing for the South Kemess project and later became heavily involved with the negotiations and selling of the deposit to Royal Oak. Previously he was the President & CEO of Eaglecrest Explorations Ltd. and is currently the President of Orex Minerals Inc.
